Plugin Suggestion: BoatControl

This plugin allows the player to turn on the engines, drop the anchor, and raise or descend the sails by just being at the steering wheel, and it allows allow to upgrade engines and sails.
It would be beneficial for boats that requires many sails or engines just to move. So it would require less entity for the server to load.
