Missing animals

Hello, I would like to ask if some animals are voluntarily missing in the map ; no more panthers, alligators in the jungle, no more deers or wolves. When I cross the jungle, I only encounter tigers and rare snakes. Is it a player demand or an admin choice ?

(I'm a desapointed trophy collector)

Hey there @nimbulus

We have some animals disabled for performance reasons on Relic Main. I will tweak the balance some more and try to boost them. I understand that animals are an important part of PvE but being that Main is a super high entity server, it can exasperate performance issues. Relic Main runs on the best hardware currently available so we need to figure how to keep everyone happy (without dropping FPS to an unplayable level).

i have noticed this as well on EU. I think i have only seen 1 or 2 groups of deers. same for wolves. been a min since i have seen and type of jungle animals, unless i do the Zigg.

Hey there,

I have them boosted up pretty good on EU but we have plenty of spare performance to add in more.
