Extra backpack storage for the new exchange.

With the new exchange added in we now need to store a lot of the items we would have previously recycled, making it a lot harder for the casual players. On another server i have played (EZ), clothing slots can have backpacks added to allow for more storage. You just swap whatever backpack in the clothing slot into the backpack slot to use it, saving the amount of trips back to base and storage boxes needed.
