would be amazing to have the overall sail limit increased from 10 to to like 20 and maybe the engines increased to 10 from 5, but have all this tied behind a higher level peak like 64 or 74 since those are open for growth.

Facepunch has set a maximum speed. You achieve it when your weight to speed ratio is around 20. Adding more sales (or engines) will not help beyon this point.
