Add Instant sell on frag HQM and other stuff to Auction house in Evo.

Once upon a time Evo had a Vending that we was able to instant sell frags and HQM but the vending was only at outpost but when Action House came it took the stop where the vending was at and we no longer have option to Instant sell our frags and HQM. Not everyone Sells flowers in EVO. with evo only being 2 week wipe no one wants spend countless hours at bandit selling frags slow like it is on main. granted we don't have endless lines to sell HQM or frag. I think this option would be great on Evo.

if not add this function to Action House give us back our vending place it some where else or put the vending in Outpost Action House.

Oops, sorry that was not intentional. The config must have been overwritten from Main during all the big updates we did recently. Bandit is all fixed up now to instant sell resources.
