Wipe Updates for February, 2025

This month is going to be a special month for Relic as we will be upgrading Relic US/Main with new hardware. This will allow us to add in a ton of fun, exciting features and events plus a smooth experience all wipe.
New stuff:
-- Heavy oil rig events. When starting the event, locked crates will spawn and start a 10 minute timer. Multiple waves of heavies will be inbound to oil to defend/collect those crates! Get setup in a safe spot. Small oil is 3 waves and large 5 waves. To start the event you will need to get your hands on a purple card. You receive this card when completing the quest to kill Dr. Havoc (new boss at Silo). This card must be in your inventory. Press the button in red card room to start the event (on oil rig).
-- Dr Havoc has taken over Silo. This is a boss encounter that will require a lot of firepower. He has a lot of HP, deals a lot of damage (this is close-quarters combat), and heals when he does damage so be careful taking him out. Turn in the quest item (green ID tag) to Bikowsky at Outpost (new RCI building, see screen shot below).
-- When turning in the green ID tag at Outpost you will be given 3,500 XP and a purple card. This purple card can be used to start an event at Oilrig (see details above).
-- When killing Bane, in his last ditch effort you will be met with resistance. No spoilers. Just bring some meds and extra ammo if you plan on killing him.
-- Silo is now being patrolled by drones.
-- New level 68 perk. Out of combat heal. When you take damage from an NPC and remain out of combat for 30 seconds, you will heal 5 HP every 10 seconds (until you reach full HP).
-- Furnace splitter is back as a level 22 perk.
