Quest timer button or command

A command or a button when clicked it opens a window that shows if you're ready to do a quest or still have to wait for X hours Y minutes. For all quests and for the daily scrap to xp buy, maybe for brad and chad also. But most importantly the quests, so we don't have to go to the quest givers in outpost and bandit just to check and go back with nothing 😀
