Checked out a server that had a system in place for pump jacks and quarry's in the wild, let you put a max amount of barrels with a usage cooldown timer, and locked the loot to the person using it, once the jack is done it give the player a warning and they have 10 mins to collect or it become public loot. no idea what the mod is called
