I might not have noticed it much the last two wipes if it was happening but I've been seeing it in chat more and have had it happen to myself where you are selling to bandit and then someone starts droning it constantly. I know not respecting the line is a thing that is enforced. The only solution I can think would be to put a roof over it and make it not able to be droned.
