Faster Furnace Smelting (Perk)

Right now, players are encouraged to build as many furnaces as possible to increase metal fragment production. This is to do the popular method of selling fragments for scrap at the bandit camp. While automation and increased production should be encouraged, it does mean that players often construct dozens of furnaces to keep up with their selling needs.

This can increase server lag significantly. In order to cut down on performance issues, I recommend creating a high-level perk which severely decreases smelting time, which gives levelers another exciting perk to look forward to, while encouraging high-level players to reduce their industrial size and help us keep the server FPS high throughout the wipe.

Not sure why this is not already be a thing. We have instant crafting and milling, why not have instant smelting. Atleast it could be part of the VIP perk. Yes, it can be an OP perk. Farm for 2 hours and have the ability to put that into the economy instantly for sure is OP, rather than waiting for a day or more sometimes depending on the amount of furnaces and how much you farmed.

But overall, this would hugely help with server lag. I myself run upwards of 20 E furnaces nonstop. Bringing it that down to 3 for about 10 or 15 minutes would be huge.

the resign why this most likely wasn't put in effect is if every one had the ability to instant smelt the next thing wall cry about is the the lot longer lines at bandit camp and you beg to have instant selling or another vender wit will cause your economy to crash
