I'd love to see another Vengeance item since we already have the helm and chest, not only will it go with the look I think another piece would be sweet for the drop rate. Here's my idea for its stats

Vengeance Kilt: +80 percent self explosion resistance, +25 percent healing rate, Acts as underwater flippers, Additional healing to bullets.

The idea behind the flippers I think since the mask already acts as an oxygen tank.. the kilt utilizing legs as flippers would be very fitting.
