Hey I don't have Prestige yet but many of the players that do run a lot of resources to Bandit.  I know the economy can't get out of control by upping the exchange-for-scrap rates but perhaps the Prestige building at bandit could have duplicate vendors just for them?

It would allow them to skip line at bandit / shorten the line for newer players.  It would also help incentivize reaching Prestige.

Same exchange rate, same cooldown.  Just only accessible by Prestige members for fertilizer/cloth/flowers/honeycomb. And another for the metals/oil/cards.  This would greatly improve the gameplay for lower levels.
