New Playtime Rank & Lounge @Arb

Would be cool to have a playtime rank above Centurion. Maybe 5-7k hours or something.
Perk ideas for it:
- A /sethome Tp. Not allowed to set in monuments. 90-150 sec cd for /home
- Add an additional /Pumpjack and /mining quarry (Total 2 Pj and 2 Quarry spawn per wipe)
- A /L96 free L96 with 16x (regular unmodified one) similar to Colonel but an L96 instead
Separate to the new rank.
A Lounge in Arb for centurion.
Ideas for what to put in it:
- HQM to Scrap vending Machine for instant selling
- An mini version of Giant Excavator Pit / buffed quarry that you can chose what resource can be output
- Special quest to trade Pookies for some XP
