Move Box Sorter down the XP tree.

Storage box sorter is kind of a basic feature that is super useful, but we have it way up past the jet pack on the XP tree. Maybe combine it with the auto sort & auto loot perk at level 23?

Planned for next wipe. We will combine them and replace 63 with something else 🙂
