Since levels never reset, the grind is more fun than sitting at the top of the level counter for some people, and to that end i think players should choose whether they can remain at the top current level, or ascend to a higher rank, along with an unlocked perk and reset to level 0 to grind it back again. All voluntarily i might add as I know some will not want to have to climb over again.

 

Some perk ideas are:

Unlockable Chinook
Custom Ranks
Unlockable Area In Arb, where they can buy Reaper for like 100k scrap
Spawnable 2, 3 and 4 mod cars

Im sure the community can come up with additional ideas too.
