Increase electricity output on turbines / solar panels

Adjust the output on electrical items power output

- turbines more max output (400 max?)

- solar panels min 40 - max 70

- generator - 60-70 output 2k LGF input

play around with outputs for items, being enuf to charge large batteries with less wind turbines to decrease lag?

Hey there Wookie. Thank you for the suggestion. We could definitely look to boosting the output on solar and generators.
