Hazzies stacking

imo would be ideal if like at full hp on the hazmats, they would stack. The sheer number of times I grab hazzies for tarps while running train tunnels, half my inventory is filled with them, would be nice to just be able to leave with that lil bit more cause they stack

I think a better idea for this would be to add recyclers to underground train stations, I saw one being placed right there on other server (see image)
