Faster reset timer between Deep Sea spawns

Would be awesome! I couldn't find a native server command myself but there is a plugin called Deep Sea Options that does. Currently it's about 1 and a half hours, 30-45 minutes would be awesome, especially with how many people are exploring it, and quickly depleting it each time.
