Darkzone scientist respawn time.

Hello everyone, I propose to slightly reduce the respawn time for the darkzone scientists from the silo and military tunnel because I have been to these 2 monuments many times and have only found normal scientists and none from the darkzone.

It's not fair to other people that I claim a monument twice in a very short time but I have no other solution because scientists in the darkzone are not spawned on the first claim.

the problem is you have people camping the monuments to stop the camping monuments they need a cool down like how we claim bradly. like an hour cool down or two hours letting others do the monuments.
