Can it be Possible to change the rest time on boss tags for evo?

some the boss's tags can only be turned in once per wipe on evo since evo is only a two week wipe besides this month and we on a three week. witch is nice for us xp grinders. but a normal two week wipe some the tags we can only able to turn in Once a wipe like blood, head, cross bow and sward. dog tags if you get them early in wipe can get maybe two or three a wipe since cool down on there are in days and not weeks i only suggest this because some one have to just give away tags because we not able to use them all
