Buying "Legendary Item" (in-game or Relic-Shop?)

I would found it very interesting to be able to buy some of the legendary Items like (Veng-SET, or oblivion etc) in the game at the vendors, or in the Relic-Shop.

thats what the auction house is for so you can buy them
