Adding "fuel all" and "loot all" option to /PJ menu

The loot/deposit all plugin does works once a quarry is open, but (obviously) not directly in the /pj menu. As we can now have up to 10 total quarries and PJ, it's a real pain to open them one by one, twice, each time we need to refuel and loot them. I usually give up on them mid wipe and leave them unused as it physically drains the fun out of me to attend them.

I think adding a "fuel all" and a "loot all" button to the main /pj menu would make it a million times better. It would of course require having fuel in inventory to be split equally between all the quarries and pj, and be limited by inventory space to loot the ore and crude available.
