Add Chinese Lanterns to the no fuel needed lanterns and tuna can lamps XP reward.

Hey there! Thank you for the suggestion.

I have noticed these create a ton of lag. It's doable, but I'm just afraid of the additional FPS impact to players passing by. We could look to limit them with that perk, though. Unsure what a fair limit would be.
